I have two personalities, one that is animalistic and one that is 1 years old that appears under extreme stress. I walk like a one year when I do that. Anybody else familiar with that?

Welcome. I am quite new myself. I don't have a one year old in my system, but I do have a six year old who loves to skip. I find myself skipping a lot when she is near the front. I say it is pretty common for that to happen.

Hello there
welcome to the forums. I hope the people here are just the ones you are looking for. We have a personality called Kasin. Who is 49 but acts 10. When our body switches to her. We do some pretty weird stuff.
Mercy
There are many others, but I don't think they want to post here.

Yup, we definitely have some very young ones and all act their age. A new two-year-old named Henry appeared today, maybe he's one. Last weekend Edward was walking, toddling a bit, in a park with a friend. As we started going downhill, he clearly didn't know quite how to maneuver the decline and I kept think we might just topple over. He looked at flowers and the sky with wonder of a kid his age.
Adam couldn't walk at all for a while, then he switched in while the body happened to be walking so he just sort of picked it up from that experience and from shared memory. But he walks like a child.
Our wolfdog Ashar originally moved on all fours but has realized he's human and can walk.
When I describe how my alters are, even though they've grown in some ways and understand more than they did, I'd estimate their behavior and judgment are still about 95% the same as that of a child that age. So our three-year-olds can handle a simple trip to the store, with internal prompting and guidance (as if an adult were by their side), but they couldn't quite manage it completely on their own.
Dx = DID. My blog. My personal Periodic Table of 78 alters.
