Hello One and Alls!

I am new to this forum and have been on forums for DID before--but it has been a while. I am Dx'd for 30 years MPD/DID. It has been an even longer road though....dx does not really change anything--at least not for me. It gave a name. Life is better. It has gotten better. It is still hard...but it is better. We/I still deal with it daily. We're here.

Welcome to the forums! I agree with you that for me finding out I had DID only gave a name to the things that had been occurring, but didn't really change much. If you ever want a friend all of us are here to talk and to just hang out. I'm glad things are getting better for you. I of all people know that you just have to stick it out and survive and things will eventually get better.
