So I'd like to get a survey together...

I'm one of those sciencey-types, and since there are so few sources on what people with DID are really like, I thought I would make a survey for the users of this forum to see where we are collectively. I would like to know what topics we are similar on, and differ on, presented in the form of a non-biased questionnaire.
It would work like this: I create the survey on Google docs, and post the link here for anyone who wishes to take it. After a certain period, I would post the results. It would be completely anonymous, and is strictly for the purpose of learning more about the experiences of many people who have or live with DID.

Please let me know if you think this is a good idea, or if it is something you would be interested in participating in. If you would like, you may also suggest questions or subject matter to be included in the survey.

I would participate.

I'd be curious about how people's alts communicate with each other, what the inner world is like, and what symptoms made them suspect or realize they have DID. Also, how they prefer to be addressed, if they're offended if someone mistakes them for a different person, and if they think working with alts is important to treatment, or if they prefer to stick with the trauma. And how do people react and treat them when they know the Dx.

AshenGold, conducting a suvey like this is against the forum rules. We have a separate forum where you can post surveys, though If you would with to create a survey you need to contact the site owner as well as discuss pricing for this. This is a place for peer support
