*TRIGGER WARING*
One of the younger alters had bad dream lest night and is now just crying all the time. I was able to pash my way out so we can talk but now she is not talking to anyone. All we know is she had bad dream and ran out Anastasia tried to talk to her but she is to scared. She thinks something really bad is going to happen.
Anyone know what we can do to help her feel safe?

Maybe put on a movie or a song that she likes? Lay out something for her so she can draw out the bad dream or something like that? Young children tend to be quite physical in how they solve things so something activity based might help? :)

You're doing good Peter. Sometimes they will just have to process and cry until they are ready to do something else. Just care for her and tell her she's safe (as long as she is) and in time she will feel better :)
