Nearly 24 hrs without an episode. and almost 48 hrs if you dont count the 4 second outburst.
Got 2 entire actual full uninterrupted nights of sleep, the first with "thought" the second without. No getting out of bed, pacing or ending up in the shower.

the longest without an episode as of recent is 4 days. I hope to break that.

New Dr and T and possible MRI in 2 days.
actually took the time to write down all symptoms questions and concerns for dr. in case in clam up or lie

What do you mean "episode"? Are you talking about switching to another part?

It is good to hear that you wrote down your symptoms, questions and concerns for your doctor. It will certainly help you to make sure you remember everything you needed to mention as well as helping you have the confidence to actually bring up the stuff you feel you need to and not end up lying or downplaying anything...
In a way, I am not defined by my dissociation. In a way, I am.
