Changing eye colour

If you were to list physiological phenomena that have been identified as happening in a single body -- resulting from dissociative phenomenon (I include hypnosis here), deep meditation by someone very experienced, whatever -- changes in eye color seem less shocking than a lot of others.

One of us has a strong reaction to one or more spices (chili pepper?) that doesn't feel linked to any abuse or trigger. It shows up when we don't even know some spice is in a food. He just starts coughing. Our eye colors have shifted as well. There are so many different flecks of color in a single iris anyway, subtle shifts in any direction seem very possible. Eye color is not static over a lifetime. Mine were nearly black when I was a baby and they're maybe light brown now but even that isn't stable from occasional mirror checks. These things make me wish I knew more about human physiology.

I do change eye colour. dark blue-grey-green or very light green or middle blue or light blue-grey, but I do not know if I have DID, but people reported to see my eyes having another colour and I have noticed myself, but I am not sure if I just imagine it.

With one of my "modes" my eyes feel like they change. I remember looking in a mirror once thinking they look so different these aren't my eyes.I have dark brown eyes and they're friendly/flat and generally welcoming, you can't really see the contrast between the brown and rings/iris much. however when my mood changes they become more warmer, the dark rings get more pronounced and the brown becomes more Amber orange than brown, they're generally more piercing whereas my usual eyes look flat. I'm sure people don't notice, they just say I have this "look" but can't put their finger on it.
