I'm curious. We were doing trance work with the T and we went really, really deep. She had all the Littles present and had asked all the adult parts to back off. Being that I am an "adult" part, so to speak, I was not really present for this part. We had been badly triggered by something earlier on in the week and that's why she was working with the Littles. Essentially, she wanted to give them a chance to air out their grievances and as she put it, "have a party to get out the Ickies." When I came back to the body, I didn't know where I was. I also didn't know who the T was. The T noted my confusion and I remember my first thought was, "Why is this person in my bedroom?" Not, of course, the bedroom of my current home, but the bedroom in which I grew up. It took me several minutes to figure out the year, the location, my current age and who the T is. What does that mean? All of my Littles while somewhat confused on years know the T. Does this mean there are potential Littles we haven't met yet? Is this a coincidence? Has anyone experienced this?
We're not invited.

Hi
We are co-con so are always aware on some level where we are, but have varying states of co-con. Sometimes we have experienced the emergence of a new part, that is very confused and literally doesn't recognise our current life, in our opinion they have just been woken up and are still trapped in their traumatic state. Hence the confusion.
It does not even need to be a little, for us we have alters of varying ages, sometimes it is a confused adult that pops up, but the theory is the same, a new alter has been awoken in our opinion.
