Feeling happier talking to people outside

Postby pepsinotes » Mon May 13, 2013 11:26 pm

Four speaking.

So two days ago I wasn't feeling very well, with all the stress from exams and whatnot. So One (host/main) suggested I talk to a mutual online friend of ours. We're usually really co-conscious, but One is usually the one to talk and I'll chime in once in a while. We were sure he won't mind if he even noticed, because we (One and I) are very similar and agree on most of the things One tells him anyway.

At first, One had to transcribe for me, because I can't control the body, but soon enough I could type things out for myself, while One observed and commented here and there. Basically, it seems like One and I switched places in our usual dynamic (though I still can't control the body such more than typing).

Since then I felt much better. I feel like it helped me understand One better, too. I understood why sometimes she chooses the decisions she does. And I generally felt much happier than I ever felt inside :)

(The meditation probably contributed to this, too :D )

I'm not sure if this was common knowledge and I just missed something or if I found something that can help others. I just thought I should share.

P.S. If anyone wants to talk, I'm free :D

It's awesome to hear you have found a way to communicate easier :D Do you guys do a lot of meditation? Our system does meditations too for a lot of things from calming down to being more clearheaded.

Yeah, we meditate when we have time. It's not regularly or anything. Actually meditation helped us find someone who got a bit lost. I didn't realize how much I missed her until I found her again  Meditation is really awesome!

It's actually really useful too for getting to understand what is happening in your head. :-)
