Liam: It's ok to not know who you are yet. That is a part of life. You are not alone you have the other alters in your system and you have the members on this forum. The pain is most likely from memories in the past. They are very very painful, but they aren't happening anymore. That doesn't make the pain you're experiencing less real. Safe hugs from all of the members in my system if wanted.
