I have recently learned I have DID. Can anyone give advice?

Well wishes to both of you too!

I will remember that and thank you for your words of encouragement. I feel better just typing this down here where others who understand can respond.
We will update if something happens. Probably on a new topic. We aren't sure yet
By the way we both feel odd speaking in Plural and Singular when talking about ourselves... It is strange.
