'I Like What I Like So There'
It's not a movie, but it is an anime in which the two main characters have split personalities. It is a yoai anime, just in case you're not into that kind of stuff.

This film adapts in a marvelous way the multiple's subjective reality of hearing a voice, the voice of a stranger who somehow knows all about you and has an uncanny and frankly terrifying power to direct your life.

Una+ wrote:Still thinking about Stranger Than Fiction. What a wonderful adaptation of the whole DID "awakening" experience. After consulting a psychiatrist to no avail the man hearing voices consults a university professor who conducts an incisive differential diagnosis. If only we all could work with such an expert diagnostician early in our course of treatment!
