Hi

I'm Lily!.. I'm new ...well kinda...I was actually around years ago when we were 11-13 but I'm not sure what happened I kinda fell asleep for years like in a coma or something... anyway now I find myself back at the front and I'm part of a system of alters!

It's kinda weird like those movies where people wake up in a parallel universe or something! Bobby tells me you people would get this cos you all have this condition too! ..and this is the only place we can talk about this.

I'll be around for a bit cos the other adults were getting so stressed out about some situation we're in they've kinda shut down and gone to sleep (like I did years ago). ..Hopefully they'll return when the situation is sorted I don't know how long it will take though..Kit isn't sure either.

I'm not totally alone though I have Kit, Bobby, Jess and Kate taking turns to teach me what to do.

Hi

I answered your post on the other thread. I'm 12 when no-one else is blended with me. we thought teens would be 13-19 but couldnt remember whether 'littles' meant 10 and under or 12 and under.

I know the one little Susie goes on is for younger littles to talk about teddies and games and stuff. She always stays 6 though. I can age-slide temporarily if I blend with an age-slider so I'm not sure where I fit?

like right now I woke up and its just me at front and I'm 12. I'm waiting for one of the older ones to come and help me with walking our dog cos we need to drive a scooter thing on the main road.

Hi, just bumping this thread to talk about how I am today! :D

(We're actually kind of stalling right now because we need to go to an audition, and some of us don't like going to those and get very anxious.)

But otherwise today was a good day so far. We went bike riding along the beach, and then saw the somatic therapy lady, and she was nice. Also, yesterday we made apple crisp and so later we're going to eat some. It was really good when we had it yesterday.

Hope other people are having a good day!

Hi

Wow a LOT has happened with me since feb 29th! I forgot I'd posted on here when I first came out! I'm now the main daily host as I don't carry the stress of past situations that stressed us when having to deal with people. Kit often fronts late at night to research stuff and the littles get time out at the weekend usually.

The Tinnitus was quiet yesterday and pain was low I stayed up front all day was still me upfront at 11pm playing Stardew Valley on laptop (so can try new update) while watching TV. This morning its screeching a bit so had to put hearing aid in to drown it out. our food shop will be arriving in an hour or two so have to stay out at least until thats out of the way and post has been.

It's odd it seems to be louder on rainy days! (was sunny yesterday and quite mild temps). We're going to try some acupuncture plasters/stickers you put on behind your ear (on an acupressure point) to see if they help reduce the volume any on either side.

Hi,

Yesterday we kept trying to post on the forum but it just kept crashing. Then we couldn't get in. Then it was like TOTALLY down! Did that happen to you too?

We did the crazy thing and went on a trauma processing trip. the 2 sessions of 2h pretty much both turned into 3h. We slept in a hotel and saw our favored T in private practice where he lives. Such a weird arrangement but it worked. We also realized that we are crazy competent and all the stabilization work is totally paying off. it makes processing go so smoothly! Now we are waiting for the dust to settle to see what we got.

Hi birdsong! Wow--that sounds intense but very positive. So glad you figured out a way to work with that T.

We've been trying to figure out our life lately. We miss the part-time professional work that we did, but not enough to return to it. We've been volunteering a bit at the local theater, but that just reminds us that we're not currently cast in a show, and we felt very socially awkward there last night because they really had enough people to handle everything, and they all already knew each other.

Now we're about to talk to an old friend on the phone--we had to reschedule it a few times, and it feels like she's not that interested, but hopefully it will seem ok when we're actually on the phone.

Just feel so adrift today...

Had our first tap lesson today. The teacher didn't realy get that we need our walking stick to you know ballance and take some of our body weight. She kept asking us to tap it "percusivly" on particular beets and when I said I needed it on the ground so I don't fall over she looked confused. Will try it again next week hopefully she won't be as clueless.

Tried making cheese again and failed just can't get it to acid curdle.

We went for a job interview they seemed very impressed. its a peripatetic role so we will hopefully be able to hid our poor memory as confusion between places "i could have sworn the paper was in the top draw, no wait that's where it is in..."
