I second the congratulations.

I'm still fuzzy, but I now know that this hasn't been the autism. I've never had a switch make everything feel unreal that I can remember. But it means that the last of those of us that are known has finally come in from the fog.

I'm still trying to shake the fuzziness and lack of focus though, but at least it no longer feels like my head is too full.

Thanks. regarding the 'fuzzyness'...did I see you (or one of your team) mention somewhere before that you were unable to access the 'inner world'?

I ask because when we had ANP hosts in the past who were totally unaware of us 'insiders' they also used to get that experience if any of us 'slipped out'

Now the one's fronting are all one's who previously lived inside together we can switch quickly in seconds with no 'fuzzyness'. ..though at first after the stroke Yuna was experiencing it, if I tried to front or get back inside so I had to stop and just sit it out in the 'back room' until the body was strong enough and Yuna was properly aware of us trying to communicate with her.

But I mean if you (Vi) are an host that has never been able to access the inner world maybe that is why you are experiencing it when your 'insiders' try to front? ..does it happen if someone asks first but is only co-con with you? (with you still have control of the body) - L

Thank you L,

I struggle to access the inner world easily, but I can sometimes. Usually when I'm asleep and I will remember the city. When I think of one of the other alters, though, I am usually drawn to where they are in the city. at that time. Sometimes that means finding a closed door like with Bri. If I try to think of Marcus, I find him at the Asylum. I just am not allowed to retreat fully for some reason.

The fuzziness though seems to happen when one of our alters tries to take over by brute force. Marci tried to take over in a panic. She's terrified of several things and yesterday all of those happened at once. I'll write more of it elsewhere.

Once we calmed her down, we let her write something and she's curled up in the dining room/stage area of our little music hall.

Today feels so much better though, but yesterday, the sheer exhaustion of her panic meant that no one else could access the front easily.

Thanks-
Vi

Kit is back to join me this morning after the crisis with 'Little Susie' yesterday.

LS expressed that she didn't feel part of people because everyone was changing their names and leaving her behind. She doesn't understand how 'Juno' can be 'mummy' either because she doesn't look like she remembers her.

Yuna and Juno have stayed inside with her to explain and sort this out, luckily we don't have any medical appointments for a while now and bro is busy with work over the bank holiday then going on holiday with friends of his so we won't be visiting him for another 3-4 weeks at least.

So Kit, SG and myself are holding the fort up front and just focusing on the rehab program and looking after Mr Woof. Hopefully things will settle down again soon as we were making so much progress..physically at least!

This has been a very testing week! We have awoke with severe pain on right side of lower back/buttock...sciatica-like pain though it usually starts on the other side that we have hip problems in, so we could have just pulled a muscle or something.

Started last night took painkillers and put CBD patches on as we're allergic to anything containing Ibuprofen. It's still there this morning, can't move much right now, We're going to try gentle stretches to stretch it out hoping most of it is just stiffness from being in bed all night. Just waiting for the pain meds to kick in!

We might have to take a day off from walkies and give our back a full day to recover before getting 'jiggled about' over the fields on the scooter. Mr Woof is used to having an occasional walk free day as he's getting older and develops a limp after over-exercising himself.

Y & L have been sorting out clothes and what they are willing to wear when they are going out together for appointments and favourites they will only wear weekends when Y&J are out together or myself (Kit writing this) & L are out together for weekend.

Despite their protests the system feels it's in everyone's best interests if they learn to co-operate and work things out between themselves by working together for at least a couple of hours each day. Each side has resented each other for too long.-K

I hope that your pain gets better.

Things were a bit fraught a few days ago. I was having a bad dysphoric episode and Lilith came forward and made things worse. She also lashed out at a friend of ours. Luckily, I had warned our friend about the DID and she understood.

Things are better today. It's a lovely cool and rainy day.

Thank you. I set up a true Journey thread for us. Things are progressing, but i suspect that it's going to be slow and I sometimes feel like I'm fooling myself into thinking I'm better than I really am.

Thankyou...its Juno and I out this weekend. The pain has eased off a little but we're being careful, have managed to get some laundry hung out and sorted Mr Woof out. His doggy birthday cake mix has arrived in the post today so we've managed to get in everything we need before the postal strikes start! :D

Hope you are doing well and your situation is improving?

Hi Yuna,

I'm glad that Mr. Woof will get his birthday cake. I'm a bit sad that Kit took things a little hard while trying to talk to everyone here.

I'm facing a scary problem for myself. I am going to have to tell a friend that I have to step back a lot for a while because of my own mental health. I like my friend, but she pushes to do things sometimes and right now it's not good.

The good news is that I'm making progress understanding and healing.

Oh, and I've seen 'blending' come up a few times and I don't understand that.

Hope everyone's day goes well
