Sorry you're having a hard time birdsong. I hope things start to improve soon.

We're in a slightly better place with therapy, but only because the T didn't do or say anything yesterday that was very upsetting. We're definitely not back to feeling connected, or like it's safe to tell him difficult things, but we still know that he cares a lot.

--------------------------------------

We are still having issues, but the worst part as of this moment is a lot of disassociation. We can't focus too good, and just overall don't feel good. It's almost as if we're floating or something. We all are having issues communicating right now (inside). Some of us can hear each other fine, but not all of us seem to be able to reach each other today. We figure Doom has something to do with that.

Reading, and trying to do puzzles (to distract ourselves) is especially hard for us today. :( We probably can't even focus on a video game too good. When we try to focus, we get this horrible "grinding" sensation in the top of our brain. We have yet to figure out what that is, but it happens every time we have really bad dissociation.

oTo Sending moral support to everybody!

oTo For once, we're not doing too bad from what I gather this morning? We have a lot of tabs open into our Internet browser, but I'll look through them later. Urgent things are written in the Bullet Journal, anyway.

oTo We are wondering about doing a transgender coming-out to the parents, though. It might lead to uncomfortable questions, complaints and so on. But it might also be necessary in order to gather the funds for transitionning surgeries. Also, there are many ways they could hear about us being trans. Telling them directly might lead to less drama than if they hear it from somebody else.

oTo We will think later about how to tell them. For now, we have a lot of administration things to do but, with panic-driven Zami stepping away from this kind of things, it becomes easier to do. We are finding a balance between emotions-driven sub-system Zami, and us mostly ANP's dealing with everyday things.

oTo So I guess, yay for us?

Hugs, and I agree it's best coming from you, than them hearing you're trans through the grapevine.

Today was kind of a rollercoaster... It started out rough with a really confusing, really frustrating meeting with a care professional, but it ended up turning out alright. Just kind of excited for the day to be over, ya know?

Hi Trisha,

Wow! Coming out trans is a big thing. I think you're smart to want be in control of the message. I'm not sure how to do it right but you're awesome smart so I bet you can come up with something good.

Ever since we started our medicine, things in the innerworld have been... different. Different in a lot of good ways but, also in a weird way. We don't know how to word it. It feels like we need something like advice or answers but don't even know what to ask.

- Sending support your way. Changes in the Innerworld always feel weird. Keep in mind that whenever you find your ways to word it, you'll find the forums here to support and advise you. Good luck.

*** trigger warning - dysfunctional living, food/eating issues ***

so it's like -13C outside again today & we haven't left the house in ?? days. i thot we went and got groceries at some point this week but the fridge is literally empty. like we have some condiments & that's about it. there's some frozen heat-n-eat stuff in the freezer & idk who bought it but nobody awake right now wants to eat whats there.

all i want to do is write. all the littles want to do is eat junkfood / fastfood & watch cartoons.

and like, betwen me & the littles we'd all be happy just doing that? but like we have adult responsibilities that ***need*** to be faced.

we're really suffering the lack of any kind of grownup responsible person in our system.

like Em will take care of stuff when it's a crisis but she's not proactive about it before then & we know its better to handle stuff before its an emergency but we just dont whatever it takes?

it feels alot like what they call executive dysfunction for me? like i *know* what needs doing and I can sit her & stare at the pile of work/chores/whatever but I just *can't* bring myself to actually do it. like i just can't start, or if i do, i don't stick with it. i get distracted or dissociated & mentally wander away.

anyways, just a rant i guess. we dont expect anyone here ot have a magic solution.

i hope everyone's doing ok & you're all staying warm & keeping safe
