& Rapid-switching all night while sleeping. Barely able to keep grounded today. The day will be... Interesting. Time feels elastic, too fast and too slow at the same time.

& Sending moral support your way, ciara. We know how difficult it is to focus on work when the brain does not want to. (autism / ADD stuff) It's tough. It's one of the reasons why we cannot work in an office. We admire people who manage to do the job in a timely manner.

oOo We are going to get through this. We merely need to prioritize properly.

oOo I really hope things will ease up for you, ciara et al. I hope the people you work with/for, will be understanding regarding health stuff. The chances are slim, but, like The Doctor says: I told you, you have one chance in a thousand. But one is all you ever need!

This last week the wheels were totally coming off but we got to talk to our T yesterday and she kind of put us back together. This is SO freaking HARD! Once you're scared every-freaking-thing looks seriously scary! We're TOTALLY tired of this.

we are getting scared now. new regulations might make it impossible for us to take part in any kind of normal life soon. like, taking away the last tiny bits of normal life we've had over the last year. It is a LOT more scary than social distancing. whenever it looks like we are gaining a tiny bit of stability something happens that knocks us down again.

Hi Iain-we deal with that by never watching the news. It's worked really well for the past 4 years.

ciara--I hope things are ok and that you got some things done.

We're in a really weird place right now. I have no clue what's going on in the therapy process. We had a big rupture that shook us up and made us question whether we can really continue to work with this T. He is what we've termed relentlessly optimistic that we'll find a way forward if we keep talking about it. I feel like we were on a ride with a track and now we've jumped the rails and are careening through the countryside, but maybe he knows what he's doing??

the first state has made N95s mandatory for entering shops. we have a breathing condition that makes any kind of breathing difficult. we can't wear N95 masks. I think the reason for this are the corona mutations. It kind of makes sense but it limits our options considerably. vaccination is slow and only for high risk groups for a couple more months, probably no chance to get one before the end of summer.

N95s are hard! We have one for emergencies and it's hard to breathe with it on. We hope you get ok real soon.
