I'm sorry you're having a day of ups and downs like that.
Do you know if it's you or another alter that's struggling?

I just need a vacay from myself

Oh I don't know how many times I've said that myself.

It's good to see you posting :)

Hi :)

It's a little bit of denial...when that happens I just ignore parts and when i ignore parts especially little parts they start doing stuff to get our attention..this is my guess...so I'm trying to communicate better even when it feels a bit contrived...things are better today!

thanks for creating this thread. i really like posting here :D

how's everybody today?

I'm glad it's bit better today at least :) Keep going. They deserve to be listening to, if nothing else because you deserve to be listened to; no matter what part of your voice it is :)

Oh I'm very happy to hear that :)

We're okay today. The house is coming together nicely now, I finally slept last night (as opposed to the previous two) and the flashbacks we've been having are calming down. Had a session with our T today where she hurt a little's feelings though and two of our protector's caught notice of it and are stirring inside. I'm hoping we can do something nice for that little so he can feel seen and heard tonight :)

YES!! I'm always emphasizing this with my RL children - now to apply it to myself!

Glad you are finally sleeping & flashbacks decreasing...hopefully your system is feeling more comfy in the new place and can relax a bit-

Oh dear, I hate it when that happens with the T :-(
Yes how healing it is to be heard AND seen - hugs to the little one if wanted.

We're doing okay. There's a new alter named Colin who thinks it's his job to make Logan his boyfriend so Logan'll leave Asher and I alone. That's weird. Are alters ever created for a purpose like that for you guys?

That's always the hardest thing though, isn't it? :)

Thank you :) I think we will be very comfortable here :)

thank you. therapist lady say I don't belong in session cause I can't hear good.

That specific purpose? No. But alters and fragments are made for lots of reasons. DID is there to shield us from trauma, but later on many experience new alters coming forward because of other needs as well.

*hugs to little if wanted* *hands over stuffy? (does you has stuffy?)*

Everybody belongs in session! You too! How can you get help if you're not in session? So you belong there too!
She not even trying!

(Then again, with that lady, I'm not sure I'd want to hang with her.)

I have eeyore teddy but it too high on shelf I cannot reach it
She says I no use in session it better I not be there that is meanie talk. Mommy (Cassie) looked at her and they say mommy does not like the lady cause she ask me to leave after only answering my name and my age. Mommy take good care of me and protect me. This lady makes peoples inside upset often many times. I want to belong too.

You belong, you belong!!! Maybe therapist be meanie lady and say not, but you belong! You is importantS! Is useful! (And yeah, saying not IS DEFINITELY meanie-talk!)

I am glad that your Mommy protects you.
