Wow! Tornado warning! Noisy and scary everybody is freaking out Sirens just began. We live in an apartment so we have to hide in our bathroom. Can sure hear the rain and wind!

I am panicking a little. Have a consultation with a potential T in an hour and feel like I am absolutely unable the tell them how I actually feel and that I need help. I never do when I am a close to doctors, Ts... (I know that this is not a rational behavior but it is difficult to overcome such blockades)

Had a great day with my daughter down town. We had fun and good talks about not too heavy subjects. She's in her room watching a show, we took some us-time here and now I'm going to do the laundry. This almost feels normal:)

We are SAFE! Tornado was sighted south of us but here we just got torrential rain and winds. It was sure creepy when the sirens were wailing, barely audible in the wind, sounded like World War III. Our littles were panicking. Thanks to Duffy and our Tink blanket we managed to make it through.

We are in an odd mood today. Slept OK considering last night's events. Waiting for a friend to meet us so we can go for lunch. We've been pretty floaty today. A lot of internal switching. fuzzy.

Yep. In the US, they're what you might call a semi-controlled substance. No prescription needed, but they require presentation of a photo ID at the pharmacy counter.

People have been known to buy the stuff in large quantities and use it in making meth. Not sure how these pills are regulated where you live, but click on the link and scroll down to where it describes how it's regulated in the US.

Anyway, they're helping us. We're due for another dose in about an hour, and we're feeling stuffy again. Having something hot to drink in the meantime.

We figured it was something like that. We don't have to sign for anything here in Canada but they do keep some stuff behind the counter such as Tylenol with Codeine which they don't sell OTC in the US from what we understand.

Probably, but not sure, since we don't recall ever taking anything with Codeine. We've seen some drugstores refuse to sell certain controlled substances.

Ahhh, our noon dose of cold pills is kicking in. Gonna get some soup.
