I have had a good day today. I named myself since I've been around a lot more lately and didn't have a name and it was getting confusing. I think I like it. Had T and it felt really good and productive, and some of us worked together today to get things done and that felt like a triumph. I hope this continues for a bit.

Seems like it is, but I wouldn't think it's a bad thing. Just someone showed up for whom this is normal? Can you ask inside?

Ask inside? When it's so much easier to just rant on here? :D

Seriously, I made a plan earlier to go and write in my journal, and found myself sifting through old posts instead, with the excuse that I was copying them to print out to give to my T. Haven't gotten to my journal yet. And...here I am, back on the forum. Can you say "avoidance"?

Haha. I find myself doing the exact same thing. And anyway, for me, sometimes asking inside doesn't seem to accomplish anything. Sometimes I only get a "feeling" but occasionally it's helpful. If I can just remember to do it, that is.

Congrats on getting yourself a name!

This morning I am tired and sore. I feel like something happened between going to bed last night and getting up this morning, but I don't know what.

in the past 72 hours we have had probably a half dozen people tell us, "you look so much better", or similar sentiments. So... why do we feel so much the f**king opposite? Who is presenting to the world a happy face? At least we have trauma therapy tonight.

Same. Head/face trauma here. I hope you start feeling better.

Having lots of conflicting, confusing thoughts emotions, all at once. Confusing. Scary.

If you had made the decision yourself to see a therapist/psychiatrist/etc., then at what point do you decide to?

How did you find a good one, how long did that take?

I want an easy fix to everything but understand... this is my entire ######6 life...

i doubt i could afford one anyway

Hell yeah. The only thing with us in our queen-size bed would be 45 stuffies and a cylindrical blue blob pillow that's a little larger than a football.

If we want to lie crosswise on said queen-size mattress, none of the 45 stuffies or the blue blob can stop us.

So there.

I've been discombobulated. this new year has been rough.

I need to get it together. Tom, our keeper tracker, quit.

things are not good without him. and we don't know how to fix it.
