I managed to cook a meringue pie and it cheered us up. William likes meringue. He might be tempted by it. Bribery by food. Such a good idea from me.

*Massive trigger warning, ways of horrible murders*

Right now I'm watching a documentairy about the Einsatzgruppen in the second world war.
They killed over 900.000 jews, millions of people in total. Some of them were buried alive, with the dead. They were alive enough to make the surface of the ground move, bit not alive enough to dig themselves out. Most were shot, while standing side by side in a line, with their back towards the people with the guns. Always multiple executioners, so no one can tell who'se bullet killet who, no one was individually responsible. The stories give nightmares to the people who studie them these days. Yet it makes me happy to watch this, it gives me hope. Because people who did survive, talk about it. They talk, they recall those horrifying memories, they go back to what happened but they talk about it. I think that is beautifull, and it shows me that no matter how bad you're trauma is, you can be stronger.

Thank you survivors

it's a little worse today. trying to focus on a very short simple todo list. i am surpised at how difficult even making a phone call is :(

I'm sorry to hear that.
That sounds like a wonderful idea though - I hope you're able to work through the fog quickly :)
