I'm glad it helps you to write about your day Alice :) It's nice getting to know you. I'm glad to hear you have support around you. Maybe in time more and more people will understand as you are brave enough to those e-mails and explain to people. I think that's great :) Do you have a T you can talk to about everything with your ex/your life now? Thinking of you :)

I haven't heard from Destiny in awhile, and I've been in a weird mood the whole time she's been gone. I'm confused about whats been going on inside.

I'm having a really spacey day where I'm forgetting really obvious stuff like my e-mail address or my bank code  Other than that, OK. How's everyone else doing?

Hi Owleyes! :) It's good to hear from you :) Sorry you're having a spacey day though. I actually had a really triggering day but have coped with it rather healthily and was able to reach out several times when needed :) Now I've eaten, taken a shower and am watching the simpsons with the SO and our cat and am enjoying that & feeling good :) It's also my 8th day out alone or something like that (with no signs at all from the others) but I'm getting used to it :)

Today things has been okay. Yesterday they were very scared on the inside and I felt a bit disconnected... I thought that it's probably a little one on the inside, or some other alter. Honestly all I know is the feeling on the inside.

Don't really know what to do in those situations, don't know how to comfort whoever is feeling scared. Usually I watch TV and cuddle with my plush bunny, just taking it easy, and it feels better afterwards. Today I felt a bit disconnected and slightly worried, but not as much as yesterday.

Thinking I will ask our SO if she's up for watching a movie with me tonight, sitting under blankets with snacks just enjoying our time together :) I'm still out alone (12th day or something like that now) and am getting into the hang of things for the most part now.

Yesterday I went shopping. It was very fun. :)

Then later at "home" (dad's) I spent time with my others inside and I wrote and drew in our notebook. Then I drew some more because we felt like it. For that we used coloring book.

Then when I was going to sleep I heard a voice. It was a bit scary. Maybe voice sounds like dad's or other man? It was middle of the night so I was the only one awake, don't think the voice was real, why would dad talk alone in middle of the night? Feel confused and little scared. :?
