So this means, to make sure I got it correctly:
Polyfragmented means alters within alters or over 100 alters or both?

Didn't know that. Thank you.

The person using a term can use it however they like to use it.

When I use it, I mean there is a complex nested structure. This almost always means there are alters within alters, or at least there are multiple levels of alters or multiple sets within sets. A simple and very common example of this is pairs of alters: in some systems, all alters come in pairs, twins, frequently "good" and "bad". My usage has nothing whatsoever to do with the number of alters.

Considering they don't come out that often -- do you have any way of communicating with others on the inside? Like try to go to your inside world (inside your own world that you share with your system, if you have one) and see if you can talk to someone?

Do you have an ISH that could maybe help?

It's fine

This is going to sound stupid but have you tried something as simple as talking to the flowers? To see if the alter is question notices? Like ask questions that have to do with feelings and see if he/she answers with the changing of the colours etc? :oops:
