Really?

Thank you!
Right. I made sure to make the time late enough that I shouldn't be bothered and I'll turn the sound off on my phone beforehand. I've tried meditation before with mixed results and have done the same thing. I just know that afterwards I can't get to sleep for hours after because the meditation helped me feel so well-rested
I'm looking forward to hear from you as well. Our date is the first night of spring break. The soonest and best time to do it. I'm pretty excited to have a fine set of guidelines for this one.
Into every life a little rain must fall (no problem, be cool)

I like this, will try soon. Bit afraid tho. Not as in chicken, just what'll come out as by-product. Hopefully nothing.

This is very interesting.
I think I will have to try this sometime.
If I do have parts, communication is definitely lacking.
Reading tips on how to go about communication is helpful.
Thank you for posting this.

I ve found too that a simply conversation often does NOT go underneath the surface.
This is not a quick fix, but it learned me a lot about Rob amongst others.
ANd you know, when they see you go through all this trouble to reach out, to be cared for, they change behaviour and actin I find.
Good luck and if you want to, let me know how it goes!
Love

Thank you nina11.
I think I tried this.
To be honest I can't really remember.
But I have a feeling I tried it.
It feels like something I "shouldn't" talk about though if that makes sense.
