Faking DID

In the long run, does it really matter if she is faking it or not? She is still your friend either way and she's most likely doing it for another reason (if she really is faking, but I dont know why she would). Either way, if she was mocking you guys, she would most likely have found an easier way to do it like calling you names or spreading rumors or whatever.
