Have you ever encountered anything like this?

Postby TooCloseToTheEdge » Tue Mar 19, 2013 3:36 pm

We were looking at a documentary and all of a sudden, I heard this shy voice that was telling me that she wants to come out and that she thinks that we are ready to see/hear her. And when she stepped out so we could see her, we saw a girl (20-25) wearing plain clothes and being very hat in hand telling us that she didn't want to come out until now, 'cause she thought that we could hurt her... She also said that she is Amish (have no idea what that is... googling it atm).

Had anything like that ever happen to any of you? How can I help her? :?

Indeed and hello.

I am Plain myself and I am quite enthralled to meet this person though through someone else. If thee wants to I would be happy to meet thee, someone other.

I have written about this before here: dissociative-identity/topic105603.html

Thinking of thee and thine

This world can be very schecklich (Pennsylvia Dutch for scary) but it can be quite a good place as well. Thinking of thee. I am sorry to write thee again but I have never met another alter like me either personally or through a host in any shape.

I thank thee all for writing about this. It has proven a solace to me.

Guder Daag.

I was told that it is fine to use this computer to say hello and that there is no other way. It is the first time I came out and I do not really know where I should be comin from. But I am happy to find someone like thee whom I can share all this with.

Greetings,

I am quite so happy to meet thee Ava. Do thee speak Pennsylvania Dutch? I am happy thee was willing to talk to me. Should thee ever wish to talk I will check this thread. I am not comfortable with this computer and the electricity, but there is not much choice and as such I find comfort in it all the same. Thee have already proven much a solace to me.

Does thee have a kapp and dress? We in our system have been Plain before and the others have given away my outing kapp and dresses but promised I can get another that would fit us better.

I am thinking of thee and thine. I thank thee for the reply, I realize full well how uncomfortable this communication might be.

Hello Ava,

I m Lesly and didn t show up til recently. I m fair new to all of this, and I rather keep quiet for now and watch what s happening.

For now there s some kind of crisis goin on so I keep myself at a distance.

But I wanted you to know you re not alone to find yourself in a world that does seem weird and difficult to make sense out.

Gentle hugs if wanted

Thank you both for your replies. I may go inside and stay quiet and watch for a while. It just seems all too much for me now.

Yes, I do. But haven't used it in a long time now.

Hello again. Yes, I do have a kapp and a dress inside and now that I can't have it on the outside too feels strange to me.

Hello Lesly. I think that I am to do the same. The others that I met are trying to find out more about me and it is strange. I may keep quiet and only try answering their questions. I am sorry for what is going on in your system. My prayers are with you.

Hello,

I thank thee for a reply. I apologize if I came on too hard I was just very happy to meet thee.

Staying inside and quiet might help thee. I come out but no one ever notices it's me so I don't get questioned. I'm sorry thee is not comfortable right now.

I am honored to meet someone who speaks the language. I don't speak it much, but I wish to learn. I understand much of it but I do not speak. Thee is honorable to have learned the skill.

Indeed it's strange to not ave it on outside, highly uncomfortable for myself. I hope thee can get thine own clothes to wear outside or something else that would work for thee (and all).

Blessings to thee and thine

At least for some time, until I figure out some things maybe I shall stay inside.

I don't speak it fluently or much at all. I remember some and can understand most of it. Don't think that I am a native or anything... Maybe we could learn together.

I shall try and find some clothes that could fit my outfit or at least something that can remind me of myself. I don't know if it make any sense to thee, but that is how I see it.

Blessings for thee and thine
