Good to hear about the progress!

I hope I'll get to that point some time.
Dx: PDD-NOS. Tested for dissociative disorders and PTSD but they say the symptoms are attributable to PDD-NOS.

Thank you :)

We hope so for you too. It's really a wonderful road, even if one we hadn't planned.

Our SO is noting that our eye colour is changing. We didn't share the same one and ours are now sort of blending together. How appropriate indeed.

These past few days I've been going up and down in age, for shorter periods of time. We are becoming closer and closer. This feels kind of confusing but also very nice.

Had another good session with our T. This is a very new (and short, but one can hope) trend.

I came out at the end of the session and just mentioned in by-passing that our eye colour is changing, our demeanor is mixing, that we're no longer able to be only one of us out (we're blending more and more), I have her memories, our handwriting is different (it's a mix of both of ours, her neatness and my letter spacing etc). She went "and you tell me this at the end of the session right before leaving?? :o I want to hear more about this :D :D" and joked a bit. We've done all the work ourselves without her, and she acknowledged that, and I told her when she wanted to talk about it next time that we would see. I don't feel particularly excited about sharing this all with her, but we will see.

It's an interesting journey. We are closer and closer. I don't think this is going to take a year.

Thank you Alysone, that means a lot.
I really am enjoying it. I never thought I'd say that about integration but it's just happening naturally and it feels safe and good and warm and welcoming and just.. right. It's right. I'm not scared. L is not scared.

Its like reys of lite combining our hearts

ive fownd a pictshure of how i look now wen im older and emma is blending with me but i dont now if this is wat i look wen im older or if this is what we wil look like after we integrate  :) it makes me smile aniway

Just writing this again in case people click into here and don't see the initial post considering this has become quite a long thread:

This post might be triggering to some that have strong views against integration. I would rather have answers by those that have gone through or are (in some way actively) trying to achieve integration for this particular topic.

One of the things we were musing about was what our clothing style would end up like. emma's was sporty and tightfitting with a general tendency towards not caring about formal attire and liked to keep her hair wild and her makeup to a minimum. L's was very office-y and modest and with a great tendency towards dressing very formally and liked to keep her hair in an up-do with sparkles etc and her makeup practical and natural.

Today was the first day I (emma) felt a need to put a flower in my hair and have an up-do. I also noticed I have chosen something which would be described as a mix between our styles though leaning more towards me. It was kinda funny to notice.

Baby steps, baby steps :)
