With the help Jeremy, Alex, Barry, Chaz and Chervell
They will manage alters and littles Issues
Littles and other alter aren't causing any issues but still need much care.
Meaning Terri and purple will have to move to the mansion.

Hades will be
intergrating with his bretheren
Due to the fact they are to violent and causing to many issues externally and internally.
Hades will decide his own future when he gets some time to think about things.

The old nurses station and school will be set up as a asylum.. not victorian but a positive place filled with healing no darkness and no cells but will be considered a form of punishment so that the schools torture chamber will be null. But still have couselling and psychologists on command. Andluchresha will continue teaching.

Admins and helpers
will be given a break at least once a month whether it be together or seperately

Alex will appoint a new sub admin to deal with the management of the guardians and protection of the boxes.

Channelle will still be admin of the purple void
but co-hosting with Nel to take the load off her back hopefully avoiding suicidal tendencys until we find a T

Alters in relationships
will have to sort out designated times for there partner equally without disturbing work or rest times

Finally lucalsipher will have to find the fairy sub section containing the filing with important infomation

I remember that we had a big system shift after the initial crisis of becoming aware too.
Our host at the time couldn't deal with the awareness and she messed up bigtime, and our leader wasn't a trusted member anymore and she had gone missing, so we shifted roles around, and made a new system hierarchy. I bet it will help if designed in the right way. We made a rather stupid 'choice' to assign a male as our leader/co-host in a female body, and now we're faced with the problem of everything wanting to integrate into him, and him taking on too much power, which is not right. We find ourselves unable to shift the system again at will. I think this is because the other alters still aren't up to being full-time leader/host. Also at the time we were in a big crisis, and I think it's quite logical for a system to be redesigned at those times.

Actually regarding your post Leo actually has stood down and grace has taken up the role as main admin at the moment. The system is back to being Female run no sexism is intended the body is female it makes everyone feel comfortable even the boys. strange how things can naturally change like that she just shifted into the role.
Are whole system needs redesigning it may take afew times before we get it right. and we still have two more subsections to be joined with us. so this is make shift until further notice its hard on the mind to shift constantly like this. we are going to change it til we can settle and start healing again. -Barry
