Just some questions again trigger warning

sorry for so many questions I'm still new to DID in a sense I've only been back here for about a month now.

Have you ever felt an alter go into a flashback and felt the emotions from it?

Have you had the beginning of a flashback to start with but have it as if taken away and someone else takes the hit?

I you feel comfortable sharing

I'm a bit fuzzy right now, so I'm not up to going into details, but yes and yes, I know and have experienced both of the things you're talking about.

I think yes to the first.... I'm not sure that's what happened, but I guess that's what it felt like.

thanks we are very self-conscious internet and real life wise.
I was just wondering I've been memory sharing with channelle and I've found a moment where she felt someone go into a panic.
as well as there was a beggining of a memory for her of are dads ex-wife and all of sudden it was gone and someone went into a panic.
