May Be Triggering News About Baby Alter

Hello Everyone
Gray is finally starting to take care of Jamie the baby Internal Being(Alter) the baby went from being 3 months old to being 1 month old Gray's T gave us a toy doll to represtent Jamie this way it might be easier for Gray to take care of Jamie's wants and needs
Gray's spouce is now more comfortable with her having such a young Internal Being(Aleter) she told her partner that she doesn't get to pick how old we are or when we come for the first time or when we take over the physical form they are starting to understand it but they still don't like it
Gray took an old box they had that's kind of a decient size for the doll that she uses to represent Jamie and uses it as a crib and has a couple small stuffed animals in there with Jamie
She also uses a baby bottle with yarn in it to represent baby formula or juice for Jamie which is a good thing when she's busy with how she likes to write and knit Lucy one of the other Internal Beings(Alters) that came when Gray lost her grandmother who raised her so Lucy is like an Internal Being(Alter) of her grandmother she helps with Jamie and all the littles
Gray takes care of Jamie as well she only sends Jamie to be with Lucy when she wants to get some house work or writing or knitting done or if she and her spouce are going out this way she won't have to worry about taking care of Jamie while around people that don't know about what she lives with she is thinking of starting a baby book but isn't sure if that is a good idea or not
She also isn't sure why but several of the littles decided to go to being infants so not only does she have Jamie to take care of as an infant but five other infants as well to take care of that were once toddlers so Lucy, Angel, Bigfoot, Thunder, Rory and myself all help her she isn't sure if she should just do a group baby book or do one for each infant or not do a baby book at all
that's what is going on these days with Gray we are just not sure what more to do to help her with everything she is dealing with inside with the infants any advice will be great

We think that these alters might have gotten younger because they weren't sure if it was "ok"/safe to be that young, but now that they've seen that it is and that they can get taken care of, they've gone back to being that younger age and having those unmet needs/wants be fulfilled to some extent.


We also think that if Gray is comfortable with it and wants to do it, she should start a baby book. We think it might be helpful in keeping things organized, easier to figure out if needed, and helping things to be remembered. Gray does not have to show or make her baby book/books be known to anyone if Gray doesn't want to. Gray can choose to keep the baby book private and completely to herself if that's what she wants and is most comfortable with.


We hope that things get better over time, and that Gray's spouse is able to adjust more and get better over time as well.
