Being "fuzzy" is common and can happen often with dissociative disorders like DID.
Within the early stages of discovery, symptoms can seem to flare up and get worse at first. This is because you're now aware of what's going on and are able to notice things that you didn't notice before. It's also because there's increased awareness throughout the system as a whole, so it can kinda, "wake up everything" in a sense as far as symptoms go. It's like... noticing a wound that you've had for a long time but didn't know it was there before. Now that you are aware of it and know it's there, you're now aware to the fact that it hurts and it can seem overwhelming at times. But after a bit the pain starts to lessen because you're paying attention to it now and helping it heal, and because you've adjusted to being aware of it and the pain that's there. Same with DID symptoms. Many of these things were always there, but now they seem overwhelming and can seem to get worse because you're noticing them. But after a bit, things will calm down again as you work on things to cope with the symptoms, work on healing, and adjust to everything new that you've learned and are aware of now.
Try working on grounding techniques. Things like deep breathing, counting to ten, using self-talk either out loud or in your head to help keep you more "here" by telling yourself what's going on or reassuring yourself or calming yourself, snapping a rubber band around your wrist when you start to feel fuzzy, listening to favorite music or reciting favorite lyrics out loud or in your head, drinking some water, gripping something really hard (like when we start to feel fuzzy while sitting, we'll grip the chair arms really hard for a bit- the feeling of connection with something solid helps us stay "here"), etc. Things that help distract you, or help you to connect with reality, or help you to focus on something and stay more "here", work on doing to help with the fuzziness.
Dizziness can be a sign of a switch, or being co-conscious or if you're co-hosting even for some people. Keep an eye on that as it might be a helpful "sign" of something going on (but everyone's different, so if it turns out to not be a "sign", that's ok too).
Best of luck with everything. Hang in there. Like everything with DID, it gets better over time.
