I think I have been where you are before.

I am glad to see you posting here. I am pleased to meet you.
What if you gave yourself your own orders? I don't think it matters what you do - anything is alright.
Could you ask someone else to help? Sometimes it is easier to choose if you only have two options to choose from. Otherwise, there is so much, and it can be overwhelming. It is easier to start small.

Me too. I wasn't able to have my own opinion on anything or have my own thoughts on things. Just did what I was told. It was a very difficult learning process but now I'm able to choose for myself where to sit in a room (which was where I started and which took about 4 months time in-patient before I was able to do) and have an opinion on myself and what I want/don't want.
I wish you the best of luck with this Blank.

What I was trying to say is that I too had a hard time making decisions for myself instead of always doing what other people were telling me. This took me a long time to work on and now I can make decisions. I hope this for you too
