Demons *trigger warning* and concentration issues

Postby spanky_spee » Fri Jan 18, 2013 2:11 am

This is 2 posts in 1 give more space on the board fo everyone!

triggering

Okay before I got a flash image of one of are admins she is a bit of a f*cking b*tch to adult and teen alters. she takes care of the abused children and is very good at her job.
But yeah getting lost again oh yeah the flash!
b*tch was yelling and screaming at Nellie the most complete and is practically the core you could say! so natural instinct we all get touchy about her because if she fragements more we may never be able to consider intergration as an option.

distracted again

But in the flash there was a deep roar and I got an image of hairy goat demon god protecting her I'm not sure if he is blocked from her senses but he was huge demonic roaring. the B*tch crumbled infront of her while this beast was behind nell. scary as! the size the capacity just him in general I'm blown away.
so I'm guessing she has an external protector Barry (as well as the others out in the world). and an internal one.

Just wondering

Anyone have an angry demon god!
or internal Protectors! -Chaz

end trigger

Okay since nell is back we've been having trouble concentrating
dramatically!!!!!!! she has always been spacey
we flutter about like faerys in are ######6 head
Makes sense why high school was so hard despite the switching
24 f**king 7
So does anyone know how to combat this
or had trouble with this before -Channelle&Chervell

Hi there! Sounds like a lot of conflict going on. We've learned when there is chaos between/among alters inside, it might be a reflection of stuff going on on the outside. So whoever is "out" or "fronting" is there something going on that is making you or others feel unsafe? A need for protection?

I also know that while we struggled with accepting some of the angry/mad/even 'mean' people inside...rejecting or resenting them only seemed to make it worse. They have purpose. Even if not everyone understand why or likes them...we try, in our system, to accept that they are there for a good reason.

The thing that has helped bring some peace and stability...is coming to accept that the time, place, events that the body (no matter who is out) is not living in the same circumstances as they used to. It is safe now. They need not feel like they need to roar and protect...so is this a projection or alter who took the image of a demon because that might be more scary than the person who was making you/system feel unsafe? We have an alter who some would deem 'demonic' but she no longer wants to hurt others inside/outside (ok, at least not to the point of being really dangerous) and we accept her and her leathery wings :) So I am not saying to reject someone because they appear scary....

**religious note; trigger warning** BUT if you feel this is spiritual and unwanted, you might look at your own religious beliefs. What do they say about demons? If you feel that this being is not a part of your system...then from a Christian perspective, I believe that "the Spirit within you is greater than he who is in the world..." and thus it has no power over you. None. I'm happy to talk more about that if you would like in a PM but I don't like to get too religious on boards**end religious talk

Many kind thoughts to you all.

We kind of Have a wicca and pagan kind of system along those lines.
so I was thinking he may represent the male god the one that represents masculinity. - Barry

It took awhile to strike a deal with the b*tch as chaz so gracefully put it
her name is leila. she is an angry woman when not listened to. she is an admin in a different subsection her alter was threathened when they last came out so she has been on a rampage.
I managed to strike a deal I let the 'original' host co host with her creation Channelle. she decided to attack Nell. which did not go down very well. what ever this entity is in here is most likely definately just a undiscovered protector. even as the main admin I'm not aware of this entity well not yet.

They man who used to protect us from grotesque men has gone
and we are left to fend and defend areselves once again.

OH and thank you! you made us think this through :)

We (of Ell) have an archangel. Ah, I laugh at the title. A joke between us, as my Ini-herit is a high ranking djinni. An ancient demon who witnessed civilizations rise and fall. There is great power in his nature. To be the destroyer and the sword. To be wisdom and the source of protection. He will never tame, but then neither will I.

I just want to say how much I appreciate you for being able to listen and accept that each have different viewpoints. Not wrong - just different. :) So happy for discussions that help one another. Thank you spanky_spee and galaxies!

I can't really help with the demon, but maybe with the concentration issues. Yeah, it sucks for me too. I haven't found a solution.

What I *think* happens, is that I'm switching between different states (maybe half-formed alters or alters who haven't found out they can think for themselves). It depends on the state how well I can concentrate. So, for me controlling/understanding the switching would help, I think.

This thread might be helpful: concentration problems
Dx: PDD-NOS. Tested for dissociative disorders and PTSD but they say the symptoms are attributable to PDD-NOS.

I'm not sure what a sub-system is - still kind of new to all of this... but smashing into the mansion sounds bad - so I'm glad that didn't happen! :)
