The "Dark Thread" *Possible Trigger Warning*

ok, i'll try to remember milana is a good wolf. paul told me it's ok to make mistakes just so long as i don't do it again. he told me that when i told him i had kicked the little trickster kitty. i just did it, i don't know why.

i'll try not to hurt milana again. should i apologize to her? i'm not really sure how to do that though.

hi cassidy. i've never hurt a snake. i think they're the animal i like. can i touch you? i've never touched one before.

Paul is right, it's ok to make mistakes, so long as you learn from them. And it's ok that you sometimes just do things, so long as you're not trying to do if you end up doing it again. As long as you try, that's good.

I think it would be a great idea if you apologized to Milana. She might not be able to speak, but she might be able to understand you when you speak. Try just walking up to her and saying "I'm sorry I hurt you". You could maybe ask someone to help Milana to understand you if she's not able to. Or you could ask someone to help you help Milana, like bandaging her leg or giving her a special food treat or something. Or maybe ask if someone can apologize for you, because that's ok to do as well if you can't reach her yourself or something.


I'm very proud of you, Danny. Everyone makes mistakes. You're a very good boy.

cassidy you do feel smooth. do you eat mice? or rats? it would be cool to see a snake eat. maybe i can look it up online. are you happy when you're a snake?

You never were bad, Danny. You're a very good boy, and you continue to show that. Just because you've made mistakes, or were taught to do bad things, that does not make you, yourself, bad. If all someone knows is how to hurt, that's all they're going to do, because that's all they know. That's not their fault and they're not bad for it. Just like you. It is not your fault and you are not bad for only knowing how to hurt and kill. That's what you were taught, that's what you knew. Now you're learning other things, like petting kitties and such, you are doing so much better every day. I am so unbelievably proud of you. You are doing so well, and are such a good boy.

i eat mice. ratsssss. any ssssssmall animal that isssss not a friend and can be called prey....

you ssssshould be able to look it up... they ssssshow ssssssssuch thingsssssss on nature tv programssss...

i am happy asssss a sssssssssnake. i can spit at and bite thossssse that hurt me or that are prey and it issssss ok... i can kill prey for food and it issssss ok... and nothing isss confussssing like it isss when i am a child...

you're nice kat. i was all alone for a long time with just michael visiting me to check up on me and milana occasionally being around. now that jo came into what michael called...awareness i got to meet other people and come out again. things are so different now. people nice, animals good. i guess i'm just going with what i'm being taught now like i did before? i don't know. it's confusing.

Heh, I wasn't always nice. Been workin' at it. Gotten a lot better I guess, if people are starting to call me nice. It can be confusing at times. Try not to get too upset over it or anything. Things will get better with time, the more you get used to everything being so different. It takes a lot to adjust to change, and especially when you're being taught new things and learning so much. You're doing spectacularly well for all that's going on in your life. You're going with what you're being taught now because they're teaching you to do these things instead of what you used to do. Like pet animals instead of hurt them, or that there are good animals. That's ok. You're a kid, you're supposed to have good teachers that teach you good things. Sadly, you had a bad teacher at first, that taught you bad things (that does not make you bad, though, remember that!). Now that you have good teachers, and a better home and everything, you're being taught good things, and as you've shown with the kitties and such, you're doing good things because that's what you're learning to do instead of the bad things you knew before. And you've shown that you can do a lot of good things, Danny. I don't lie when I say you're a good boy. Just keep learning, trying, listening to Paul, and of course, doing things you enjoy like watching your favorite movies, because you need to keep having fun and such too. (Maybe you and Jo could watch a movie like the Lecter series together or something? Have a movie night?)

i work hard at becoming thisssss and ssstyaing thissss... it takesss lotsss of work and practice and imagination and daydreaming and pretending and fantasizing.... but i can make it real in here... jusssst have to believe it enough.... and focussss on it.... and work on it over time....

i love the lecter movies! i watched them one night at a time with jo and paul. jo even let me fully come out to see the bloody scenes, since she had already seen the movies and read the books. it was fun. lecter is the best! he's my favorite.


that's cool you were able to do that cassidy! i don't think i'd be able to, but i could pretend to be a animal sometimes i guess. i'm glad it's helping with your memories, my good copy-kitties are helping me.

And the fact that you want to do things right proves that you're a good boy. Most people want to do things right. But if all they know is how to do "bad" things, then that's all they will do, because that's all they know. Now that you're learning how to do "good" things, you're starting to do good things, because now you know how to do good things.

I think the Lecter movies are good movies. Cassidy really loves them. And I'm sure "Hannibal" does, too (after all, we gave him that name because he reminds us of Hannibal Lecter from the movies). You should see if you can have another movie night like that. Maybe you and Jo could pick a movie together or something? Or you and Paul? It's good to do things you enjoy.

pretending to be animal can be fun... then you can pretend to hunt, and pretend to eat prey... pretending isss a way to do thingsss you would like without actually doing them... imagination helpssss a lot... i like watching nature programssss that show hunting and eating and sssuch...

that ssssoundss like a good idea, being a big cat and teaching the kittiessss how to hunt... but it'sss up to you. there are many animalssss you could pretend to be. maybe you can look at all the different big catsss and find one that'sss your favorite. that'sss what i did. i looked at different sssnakesssss and found my favorite, the red spitting cobra... i only eat what iss allowed to be or exisstssss as prey... your kittiesss are your'ss and they have done nothing to me ssso they won't be hurt. sssssome kittiessss are afraid of everyone and everything at firssst.
