Fracturedself I know exactly how you feel. I say we're a system of 12 but I know there's a bunch more of them in here. I'm scared to acknowledge them for now. They don't seem to mind though. I tried to acknowledge and identify them a while ago and I was at 25 in no time. It was too much, so I'm back to acknowledging and working with the 12 that are on my level. I think it doesn't make sense to have that many because my life was not that bad. I can't place them in my past either.
The 13 that 'don't exist' are on another level, so I'm scared I make mistakes because we barely have communication at all. Most importantly I am just really scared to sink deeper into the delusion. I think I am diagnosed by now, but as long as I don't know that for sure, I'm sure not going to talk myself into having more alters than those I can't deny.

It's amazing that they gave CPR !!! What amazing, caring, strong, brave and heroic little boys you have!

I think by coming into the body they feel they make it breathe again (as they take over when it got way too bad). But yes, they really are very caring and strong.

I see more of them now but I'm still feeling a bit.. numb to all of it right now. Thank you though, you're very kind.

I'm sure not going to talk myself into having more alters than those I can't deny.

I can very much relate to this. Best of luck to all of you :)
