Doing a DID Workbook

Postby sev0n » Wed Dec 26, 2012 2:19 am

Does anyone has Coping with Trauma Related Dissociation or the Courage to Heal workbooks? I am going to start going through those and thought it would be fun if others were doing it at the same time so we can converse about it.

My therapist mentioned me looking at the first one, but for a reason I don't really want to mention I declined. But maybe someone else here is, sorry I couldn't be more helpful..

I have the Courage to Heal workbook, and I would like to work on it with you. I don't have Coping With Trauma through Dissociation, but I do have Trauma Survival and the DBT Workbook. Perhaps we could chat about those as well in hopes of helping ourselves and one another.

I will say that I've been trying to work on them for over a year now without much luck, but I'll try and I doubt I'm the only one who'll try.
We're not invited.

I would definitely have wanted to do this with some of you, but I haven't been able to find a downloadable file (I've no problem paying for it, but waiting for them in the mail is another thing). Best of luck to those of you who are able to. Great initiative :)

Okay, let's start a thread for each. Perhaps we can give enough information here that those that don't have the book can work on it too.
