Yes this! My mom will prepare recipes for when I visit that she remembers I liked before, but then gets confused because I'll look at the recipe and proclaim something like "I never liked that". This has happened at least twice with Kielbasa.

You check the sent folder of your email before the inbox because you want to see what anyone may have sent while you were "gone".

When you show someone a cross stitch you have completed and announce it is Natasha (your 3 year old). Then when you get asked if you've done it for her you look all confused because it's a picture OF her and she hasn't asked for it, you just like looking at the picture of her. Then you have to quickly say shes a friends daughter when someone asks you who she is (and they know you don't have children) sigh - I wish I could tell them but don't think they would understand since they're not friends and only know about post traumatic stress (thats the excuse me and a friend told her)

When a little one comes out while you're cleaning and instead of making it pretty, he/she makes it more messy.

You know when you're D.I.D when you put your cigarettes down and they disapear because some disrespectful alter does something with it and replies you know I don't llike smoking.

You know you're D.I.D when you became bad at math after you decided numbers aren't important since the time never added up.


You know you're D.I.D when you're considered jack of all trade to some, adhd to others but you're just rapid switching.


You know you're D.I.D when you slur your words and you're not drunk... your alters are all just battling to spend time with your boyfriend because he's so cool--- except the fact one of hates him.
