You know you're DID when your SO hands you your new health insurance card and you hand it back saying they sent me the wrong one, that's not my name...oh wait that is my name.

When part of you wants to buy lots of chocolate and sweets and eat them all, another part doesn't want it at all because it's too much sugar and you think it's ok to choose just one. But perhaps these are the kind of struggles a singleton has too?

You know you are DID when you are in the middle of a fight and "wake up" on the toilet and actually thankful cause at least you weren't in the closet. Later to find out that before waking on the toilet you had taken a two hour nap. Hmmm Guess Ryleigh wanted to take care of the fight with the SO.

You know you are DID when you have a break up conversation with your SO of 2 years and he says, I am sorry I can no longer date Ryleigh, She hates me and is violent, you cannot think of a come back argument for him to stay with you and accepting all of you and all of the alters.

I buy lots of chocolate, then I'm just like "why did I bought them???", but I eat them all amyway, and I'm satisfied and wanting to throw up all... At the same time.

Where places are.

:) I find it so confusing and wish I felt more centred and sure of what I (as a whole) thinks in unison, but at least the chocolate tastes really good :D

Happens to me all the time, lol. Like, I'll need to go to something like the financial aid office but have no clue where it is but then I just start automatically walking there even if I never had been there before.

Or I'll just start heading somewhere, not wandering but having a definite destination, yet not know where I'm going until I get there! Often a food place, lol, but thankfully usually nothing gets bought unless it's actually a mealtime. Playgrounds happen sometimes too, as long as there are swings- I'm 22. Ah, and then I found some abandoned train tracks in the woods near my current place one day- I'll just end up there sometimes walking down them, lol.
23 year old in 5th-year of college. Multiple disorders. On Lamictal, 300mg.

When you're the only one showing up to most of your "meetings".
So allein will ich nicht sein

Wo bist du? Wo bist du?

When someone asks how you got there today (meeting etc) and your answer is 'autopilot' because you have no idea how you got there
The main ones around nowadays are

You need to hide your "TO DO LIST" somewhere only you can find it. The trick is finding a place like that where you'll definitely look later because it is crucial that you get these things done. Then you just decide, to hell with it. I'll just stick around & do it myself. Problem solved.
