When you've got a kitty in your lap and you hear all the littles want to pet him.

Definitely.

When going to the store alone is much more taxing than with someone else, because going alone means there's more people than just the one you'd bring along

When you hear "I want to play my game, dammit!" over and over again in your head, even though you've already said after your husband calls and you do the dishes. ...Sad thing, I'm getting this from a seventeen year old.

When you say to yourself you won't forget that you won't forget that...then an alt reminds a few times and you still end up completely forgetting.

When your at work and you notice someones printing off kids colouring pages
(not sure who still)

When you realise people think you have same story syndrome the truth is you forgot ever telling them

When packing for a trip becomes a stealth mission of many people hiding/unpacking other folk's things to make room in the suitcase for their own stuff, and alternatively scampering around the house to find the now-hidden things in the strangest of places (inside shoes, cups, a potted plant, a baking tin, the oven, a vaccuum bag that's inside the vaccuum still, in a hat, in the freezer, in a bush, burried under laundry, in the bag of friggen cat food, etc etc)

Oh yeah. This is just like an easter egg hunt. Except not fun. And stressful. And ya know, usually things you could use and not just an egg

Hahahaha speaking of.... The stealth mission also applies to our daily life. The kinderkin hid their candy inside a hair brush for weeks on end by removing the rubber bristle part and shoving treats in the hollow part underneath, then putting the rubber bit back on... And a few times, they have hid our keys in the ceiling fan when they were opposed to us having plans outside of the house. O.o it's some crafty work.
