I think everyone on here feels like this sometimes. I actually had two times I almost burned out - only a few weeks absolute rest helped. That time I really wanted a break, but I couldn't, so in the end it was kinda decided for me (by my body, I just couldn't take it any longer). Except, that was school, not life-problems.
Dx:
PDD-NOS. Tested for dissociative disorders and
PTSD but they say the symptoms are attributable to PDD-NOS.
