It's been a while

It's been a while since I was last here. Late September I think. It's been a rough few months. Rath got into a fight in mid Oct. and pulled his usual in those situations and sent the guy to the hospital. Lucky for me, it was caught on CCTV and the other guy swung first. Rath's typical MO: he'll either attack someone who has been bothering us for a while or goad them into attacking first. But atleast it didn't have jail time, just 150 hours of community service, which is finally done. This whole thing has killed the semester for me. Kelrick's been furious with him, which has been funny to watch, so I guess there's been that silver lining.

So I guess I'm back here again.

Welcome back. I don't know you personally, but others in the system remember your username. Sorry to hear about the troubles you've had. Hopefully things get better for you soon.

It must have been a fairly extreme punch to send someone to hospital... It might be worth negotiating with Rath to see if there is another way that he can learn to resolve those types of situations as it's probably not something you want a repeat of. 150 hours of community service is a lot of time. Not to mention that you never know if someone is going to react badly to a punch and end up dying or something.

Dislocated shoulder, 2 cracked ribs, and a tier 1 concussion. bit more than just a punch, though all dealt in the same timeframe as a punch.

Doug opened a door to the stairwell quickly and it hit the other boy on accident. Asshat then hit us first, which triggered me. I told him to go back and suck on his mother tits and not try to bother the big boys or he'd get hurt. He responded with a ###$ you and a thrown punch. A simple grab of his arm to redirect the second punch, knee to the ribs with the added force from the opposing momentum, twist and force arm flush along the back to dislocate the joint, and a palm to the side of the temple to knock him down, where he hit his head on the floor, hence the light concussion. I then made sure the boy was stable, waited for security, etc. All this on the security camera. A harsh lesson to teach, but pain is the best teacher.

Regardless, I had to be the one doing the community service. Oh well. It'l be nice to be back here, as it's really our only outlet.

It'll be interesting to see if "Hannibal" posts here. He got triggered out recently, the first time he's been fully, 100% out, and it was even in front of friends. Kat's been able to sense his presence since then (we found out he "lives" in "The Darkness"), so I wonder if he's nearer to the surface or something because he's finally been fully out. And if he is, it'll be interesting to see if he posts here at all.
(Sorry if that was a bit of a pointless ramble, I'm kinda fuzzy right now).
