GrayWolf saw her T today and she's having a very hard time with the mean internal beings leaving her alone and stop pushing her buttons she is trying to ignore it all but can't so she sees her T again on Monday after that it will be decided what the next step is going to be either go to the clinic for a few days or go to the hospital she just feels so stressed and over whelemed that we are hoping that it has a good out come

I'm sorry to hear things are so difficult but I hope you all feel better soon :) A stay somewhere safe can be just what is needed to gain some stability again.

Best of luck :)

I agree with Lifelongthing.

Is there a way for her to maybe have a protector or a caretaker being help her to ignore the mean beings? To help reassure her, comfort her, remind her that the mean beings don't speak the truth, help her stand up to the mean beings, help her to not care about what they say, things like that?

Would self-talk help her at all? Constantly repeating things to herself, whether outloud (even a whisper works) or in her head; repeating things to reassure herself about things, to remind herself things like what the mean beings say isn't true, to repeat positive things about herself to herself, things like that?

Would happy/positive music help to drown out the mean beings? Or even angry music directed at the mean beings, like what she'd like to say to them if she stood up for herself? Or relaxing/calming music to help her ignore them?

Best of luck with this. Hope you all stay safe. Definitely don't be afraid to check yourself in to a safe place if you need it.
