i can have sex with him but i want to build a relationship with him now before we have sex again.

he cuddled with me the other day. that's a good sign right? i honestly don't know how this works. i've always saw something i liked and took it.

I am adorned in clothing of blues, whites, and browns. Brushed upon my eyelids are shades of ice blue and white. My hair, longer than I am used to, is straightened and worn down, ending at my jawline. The Elvish leaf (from Lord of the Rings) hangs from a silver chain around my neck, and around my wrist hangs a bracelet of flowers ice-blue.

I am dressed as how I used to dress, and the physical body is now of a size that I approve of, and "fits". (We've lost weight since I was "host").

I am as I originally saw myself, minus the slightly pointed ears. I am a vision of blue and ice, as I should be, and I have the ability to appear both young and old. This is as it should be. For I am young, but at the same time old. I am old for a human, but young enough to be an Elvish brat. My age of 13 is not the same in Elf years as it is in human years.

I have learned to disregard what is real, and to cease caring about reality. I am able to decipher "inner reality" from "outer reality" for such things as Elves being real (since I know they're not), and I am able to show that knowledge if needed. Otherwise, I will not bother making a clear distinction between what is actually "real".

My name is Kyra, and I am of mixed blood, being half Elf, and half human. I have the ability to be composed, and I have the ability to be completely immature. It is nice to be writing now as I originally was.

Yes, this is a good sign.

Basically, it's like Lifelongthing said. You just focus on having a good time, doing activities together, sharing interests, opening up and talking about yourselves, etc., and if a connection builds in a romantic sense, it'll just sort-of happen, and you'll feel it/notice it, or at least one of you will.

Another option is to start going on dates, like to a dinner, or a movie, or out for dessert, or something, and see if there's a spark. Just depends on what you'd like to do and if you think you'd have a good time doing it. That's the key- have a good time. Don't focus on forcing anything, don't try to feel a certain way, and don't focus on what you "should be" or "want to be" feeling- just have a good time. The rest will happen on its own.

So Shay. Some of us like alternative rock a lot. . What instrument did you play? I will have to look at those poems. I like the lyrics fom linkon park. The entire hall...the husband says we never ever watch scary movies and tv.I. wonder if Di or Kelly D will write again.

"Shay" is not "here" right now but I will let "her" know that you left a reply for "her".

thank you Kyra. that makes so much more sense then what i was coming up with in my head. i don't know about going out for dates, Jo's husband doesn't like to leave the house, but we could do stay in dates with movies like he and Jo did when they were dating.

oh, and it's great you're becoming yourself again. i'm trying to redefine myself. it's tough work and kinda lame but i'm trying. so go you girl!

They did have good advice for you Rachelle. I have trouble with relationship s other than friendships that I worry if I can trust them...we have been hurt a lot.you deserve a nice safe relationship. We all do.

Thanks for passing that info to Shay.

thank you. i've never done this before but i really like Jo's husband. but it's a struggle to take this slow. for the longest time my only purpose was to have sex. breaking free of that is hard. sometimes i just want to drag him to the bedroom. going slow almost feels like i'm chaining myself up.

My cousin listens to beautiful buddist chants very relaxing for the mind. helps us when we fall asleep

Maybe classical music would be a nice genre for you to listen to some pieces are very nice

Most of us listen to more dark agressive music
