Nurul: Um... hi guys.
Jake: There's a lot of stuff happened in school this week.
Nurul: Yep.
Jake: We only tell you guys something important. Last Tuesday, there was a cat went into the classroom. (TRIGGER WARNING) Eve didn't like the way the boys treated the cat so, she got angry. After all of that, she wanted someone to understand her. Oh yeah, about the essay, it should have hand in on that time but the English teacher was sick. So, that means no one will read that. In that essay, it's about us. The teacher wanted us to write about "myself". Eve wrote something like we have DID. Anyway, no one read the essay. So Eve tried to tell someone but when she was going to, Adam was like he can't talk to them because Nurul was also controlling the body and she's shy.
Nurul: Yeah. :oops:

Jake: So Eve tried and tried until we found our Maths teacher from last year. She's the only person who talked about our problems and stuff. We showed the essay to her and told her something more. We didn't introduce all of us. Just Racheal, Nurul, Jake and Eve. Well, we didn't tell the names too. Just the personalities. Anyway, we told her to hand in our essay to the English teacher.
Nurul: So yeah, the essay thing is finished. Um... we found a new alter. He's Knowledge. He has no age. Um... hi part of Miranda.
Jake: Just saying, we just woke up. So, we're gonna be like suck at talking.

Racheal: They forgot about the host change. Now I'm the host and Nurul is the co-host. So um... hi everyone! Adam was upset. He thought he's the only one who has DID. He posted here in this forum but someone replied to him. And then he always thought of someone who he hugged to when he was 2 or 3 years old. There was a babysitter. We don't know anything about her but we know she always love Adam. She even called mom when she worried about him. The episode, "I Remember You", from Adventure Time always reminds him about her. He always cries on the part when (SPOILER

) Marceline knew Ice King (or Simon) forgot her. I already made him to stop crying. He's cool now.

We don't feel very "teen-ish", but we wanted to say hi and welcome to Knowledge, and hi to Rachael, Nurul, and Jake!

We hope that Adam feels better, he's certainly not alone or the "only one"! We're happy that you got him to stop crying, Rachael.

Oh, we're also sorry it was kinda difficult trying to show someone you're essay, but we're glad Eve kept trying and that you eventually were able to show it to someone. And Nurul, it's ok to be shy. Don't feel bad about that. It's really hard to speak up and share things a lot of times.

Nurul: Oh, okay. Last Wednesday our English teacher taught us how to talk to people during English class. So um... I'll try to talk to people.

Why do I have to be shy?

It's ok to be shy, Nurul. It's also ok to only say one sentence, or even one word, at a time. Try not to get frustrated with yourself, it won't help anything, and it'll only make you feel worse. Maybe try turning it into a game or a small goal or something? Be like "Today, I'll write one sentence. Tomorrow, I'll write one sentence, and then one word after that sentence! Even if it's not connected to the sentence at all! Then the day after that, I'll write one sentence, and two words after that!" until you make your way up to two sentences, or something like that.

Perhaps you just don't communicate with words and that's ok. "Little Ryan"/Keith likes to post pictures to "speak" for him, often pictures with quotes, but still. Are there pictures you like that maybe show how you feel, or say what you'd like to say? You could share those instead. Or are there songs you like and lyrics that say what you want to say? Shay "speaks" mainly through song lyrics she shares and parts of songs she plays for us.

No one's the same, and that's ok. We're all different and special in our own ways, and we all have our own ways of doing things, including communicating, and that's ok.
