Trouble switching during anxiety attacks

Postby Mybodysfailing » Wed May 29, 2013 2:15 am

Whenever my host is having an anxiety attack, or just plain anxiety, I haven't been able to be triggered out or to force myself out. It's very frustrating and upsetting to me because I feel like I should be protecting her, which is the reason I was made, but I can't for some reason. I can become co-conscious with her and let her know I'm with her and that she isn't alone, but I can't take full control and give her the break that she needs. However, we all can switch easily at any other time, except for when my host panics. I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced anything like this. Much thanks. - Andrew

I'm new to this, but you might get a better answer if you posted this in the DID forum. They are really active and usually know more about switching and stuff. :D Good luck!
