Hi, i will try to be short. I am in mid thirties, married and 2 children 3 and 1,5years. Sometimes i feel so tired and hopeless..physical and emotional. Worried too much about the babies, house work, work, our economy as a family..in these times i can hardly find the strength to do the basic..take care the babies..cook..was dishes. My husband also started a part time job and he always complaints that i dont support him and that he doesnt see any big actions from me concerning this new project of him-part time job in marketing. I told him i try and he said is not enough..he said i have to think the worst scenario that we nmight left without jobs..so the part time one is like a ' life saver'..? And i tell him that i am already so stressed and worried that practically everyday i have upset stomach and feel dizzy. I try to have some strenth for my babies..but sometimes i lose patience and temper and my self esteem and confidence is very low..i feel worthless. Sometimes i need to go out..to hsve some fun..to meet a friend..but i dont have the mood, the power, the time for any..i dont know to who i can talk. My husband probably doesnt understand what is going on with me..but i need help.. I dont know if i am depressed ..who can help me with that?.. I need to be strong and happy for my children and husband..and me. Thanks

Hi
It sounds to me like your under a lot of stress witch is affecting your physical and mental health. A doctor would be able to help with diagnosis and treatment.
Hope everything works out for you, good luck

hi. It sounds to me that you are struggling and need a support network, group of friends that u can talk to about the everyday worries of life. Posting on hear as well is good. It is good therapy to write down how you are feeling etc. I also think going to see your gp might be a good idea as he or she might be able to give u advice or refer you onto someone else who might be able to help. Good luck
