If you are currently suffering from depression than it is very important that you eat an adequate amount of food. Even if you do not have an appetite it is important to realize that the lack of calories in the body can lead to the lack of energy, which can worsen the symptoms of depression. eat hot and happy foods. if you do not want to eat because you have no appetite and you are not hungry, consider smoking a small amount of weed

:)hehehe, i just discovered that i can roll joints, and holy $#%^ do i love them!!haha, o goodness, i'm such a pothead! o and yea, food is good, and you'll feel tons better if you go and buy some delicious fruit, just keep it in a bowl on the counter and eat like two or three a day, it's so easy! and you'll feel great for it:) also if you don't do fruit as much, but you do like sweets, a good way to go for you would be two to three Dole fruit cups a day, and they make in gels too, they are awesome!!!i eat em all the time! lol, oh, and you eat alot of white bread, a healthier and tastier way to go would be switching to honey wheat, seriously, it's like eating honey bread with almost non of that yucky wheat taste, oo and somthing else to look for is Jumex, it's a south of the border fruit juice drink and comes in all sorts of flavors like strawberry banna, my fav! starwberry, mango, peach, every fruit yu could think of and some you've never heard of like guanna! lol, which is not my fav, but eh! you can find them in the foreign foods isle at most any grocery store, and boy are they a treat! and so cheap! lol, also, when buying fruit juice, always get some with at least 15% fruit juice in them, otherwise, you are just defeating the purpose of buying juice to begin with!!!lol, o and salads! ah! you'd be suprised what kind of tastey treat you can make with just some sliced almonds, itailien dressing, freah romaine lettuce, bagged is fine btw, and soem dried fruit pieces likesweeyened dries crannvberries, apples and cherries, the label is Harvest Meldley, by Mariani, and it'lllast for weeks in the fridge, just throw it all together and you'll have a delicious and nutricious salad!!! and you'll feel better for eating!!! hehe, and rem! clear or transparent dressings like italien and red vine vinagerette are always better for you than a ranch, or opaque dressings, so eat up!:)
