am i malingering

i hate this feeling man it is getting worse by the second i feel guilty now that i am on this medication and i am getting on this help i do not even know if i have a ######6 mental illness i do not even know even know if i had ocd at all i dont know ###$ man it is hard does anyone have any advice for me
