Talk to us....why do you feel this need to try and overdose? You say you don't want to die, but you must realize that you very easily could.
Is there someone, an adult, you can talk to? I really urge you to do this.

Hi,
You say you have a strong urge to overdose and that you've done it before.
Do you do it because of extreme stress, like something is tugging at you, making you do it? Or do you feel like you have to be in the hospital and an overdose is the way you can get in? If this is the case, you need to find a doctor who will help you get in and make sure that you are looked after and treated properly.
Do you trust people enough for this?

considering the sexual abuse you'e endured w/ the man you've been talking w/ us about...you know...the one who is 30yrs. older then you...and for those new to rain7's situation....she is only 16. ...........I know you want to believe he is not a predator...that his relationship w/ you is not abuse...but it is and on so many levels. this one situation....it's at least one area to consider in why you are feeling as you are right now. Not saying it's the only answer....but a very good place to start ......

Hi,
I agree. This isn't normal for a person 3 times your age to do.
People in forming relationships need people their own age
someone that old has all the power, money, knowledge of the world compared to you, just starting out in life. They set these situations up in order to control and abuse.

sorry i've taken ages to get back to you, there's been a lot going on. i'm not sure what the overdose is about i suppose the needing to be in hospital is a big part, i want to be somewhere where im safe from myself, but the stress isnt helping either, i just dont know how much more i can take

Hi,
You've got very strong emotions right now, and they feel uncontrollable? Stress is like adding fuel to the fire.
I don't know your situation, but trying to get away from the stress if you can. It might help temporarily.
If you don't have any friends around, you can get online friends here, it's good to have someone. we've all been through stuff too and some of us probably know how desparate you feel too.

hi,
Do you think you panic because it feels like you let your guard down?
is there something that you can do to distract yourself from the stress (not complete relaxation), but something that can take your mind off of things-maybe even a boring job like brushing the cat, going out for walks, arts or crafts thing, or something like that.
I know depressed people think of the same things over and over again endlessly.
