I have read your posting with care and I simply understand your plight. I do not claim to be a depression expert but I have studied a lots about it to make me have the confident to give you this advice.
Firstly, You need to start doing thing normally to overcome your depression. start eating normally(sensibly), brushing your teeth normal(minor things like that) and other routines.
Simply do your normal and regular routines. I like to give you more tips here but I will advice you to visit my blog
