Sorry guys...just realised what a load of crap my posts here are! Disregard my pointless comments, please. I pulled my hair out over this one, but in the end, I really don't know.

Hey, at least I'm willing to admit it...

no,no,no,no,no....your posts aren't crap at all! on the contrary, you have hit the nail on the head many times :) hugs

anyway, i guess what it comes down to is feeling comfortable with yourself. and to do this you have to accept your personality and go from there. if someone is very shy they won't turn into a drama queen over night. however, you can improve your social skills. but as you said earlier, when you're depressed you have a lot of other things on your mind and can't connect with other people...on top of that i tend to be dreamy and absent-minded anyway...it's like walking around in a space suit...

You might want to take a look at this then:

We have been talking about that kind of thing for a while in that thread.

hey, to whoever started this post, the paranoia you are haveing may become incresingly worse, at least after my frist psychotic episode it sure a hell did, i have major depression with psychotic features, little voices used to tell me things about hurting myself or others, good to get on somee anti pyschotics before the $#%^ gets worse, trust me.
somtimes, it's like i want to touch these lights, and give into them become them, just a flash for a moment~in this world
