Hi guys. I've been on Wellbutrin for four months or so and it's worked wonders, really been the miracle drug a few of my friends said it would be. I'm just wondering if anybody else has experienced a somewhat quicker temper on the drug. It hasn't cropped up too often, but I blew up kind of uncharacteristically over Thanksgiving after getting a little obsessed with a plan one of my siblings has (I think it's a potentially life-ruining plan and I can't see the sense in it, but I still spent an inordinate amount of time thinking and talking about it) and a few people suggested to me that it might be a side effect of the drug. I'm not sure quite how to feel because, although I think I wouldn't necessarily have gotten angry when I did before I was on medication, I also happened to get angry in a situation where I felt somebody wasn't respecting my right to speak - a kind of male-hierarchical type scenario. I used to back down from confrontations like that, which I think was related to my social anxiety, which the Wellbutrin has helped with.
So as you can see I'm not sure exactly what the cause is and I'm not sure exactly whether it was a bad thing that I got angry. Has anybody experienced this kind of thing, and similar confusion?
